about a month ago after seeing @liftlines post about a simple pdf editor (https://warpcast.com/liftlines/0x183ce525), I was trying to see if I could build something really simple with just AI. after trying v0, lovable, claude, chatgpt and bolt, I realized all got stuck on an infinite loop trying to import the pdf.js library. the best looking editor had been done by v0 so I took that code, fixed the import and released an open source version at https://github.com/alvesjtiago/pdf-editor. feel free to fork, modify, extend or contribute. i'm not looking to support it long term since there's quite a few alternatives out there but it was a fun experiment.

we're back. - started to strip down @fiids so a new vision takes place: more and better types of feeds - removed support for frames v1 - optimized embedded casts loading and display interface should feel a bit snappier but still a long way to go. fiids goal is to become you're control panel for web3, the first app you open in the morning and let it run through the day. it's where you get updated, analyze and act. next steps include: - better auth flow and onboarding - standardize data, strip unnecessary features and performance improvements - new types of feeds (news, defillama, token info, etc) - new actions (buy, sell, share, etc) - different business model this is a passion project like all others I'm currently building on farcaster and crypto. hope to see you along for the ride.

inception labs released a diffusion large language model (dLLM) called Mercury Coder. interesting quote: "Improved agents — dLLMs' speed and efficiency make them ideal for agentic applications that require extensive planning and lengthy generation." it also seems to be extremely fast but not very accurate but for code generation it is impressive. https://www.inceptionlabs.ai/news

i may have gotten sidetracked and ended up implementing a @xmtp client for farcaster inside the new tool (cc @shanemac.eth) now i need to figure out the best way to derive an address for each user to communicate. it would be great to do it via warpcast's wallet but not sure how that would be feasible.
