Looks great.  Running outside would free up the treadmill space and you could replace it with a glute ham machine.

I see what you're saying. I'm probably going to get a 6 post rack to store my barbell plates because there isn't a lot of room to put plates up. Also on the bottom right hand side, there's actually an opening to the other side of the garage and it needs to be more clear

Yes! Looks great - again… only thing you may want to consider for increased versatility is positioning the rack a bit further forward on the platform to be able to use the other side - or do a flat foot that you can slide back and forth on the platform.

This is pretty great. That said, I use our home gym way less than I thought I would post Covid. I like working out with others.
