This mornings matcha and coffee made by @matthewb 🍵☕️

I’m trying a new matcha today from Kettl, sourced from Shirakawa in Uji. I usually go for matcha with a deep umami, but this one has a more balanced, nutty profile with fresh grassy notes.

this decaf is the one, for me. but I’m always open to trying new ones if you have reccos.

I would also recommend their “dancing goats” as well, regular caf from Brazil. seriously good.

my taste in spro is slightly more towards the medium roast side of the spectrum, rather than light, so your mileage may vary etc.
