From experience, some things startups waste (a lot of) money on:

- Legal costs (fine line here)
- PR firms
- Enterprise SaaS
- Event sponsorships
- Brand & marketing agencies

I think this is very very true. Same goes for energy. Managing energy is essentially managing time.
