Do you ever feel that you are boring yourself? Appearance, character, manners, etc., and it is not complexes, and not dissatisfaction with yourself, but just want to once and become another person. Get another face, another character, another sphere of activity, other interests. I get a little bit of this every now and then. Is it some kind of mental deviation or just the heart requires a change? #life #life #interesting #history

My foccacia is ready to be put into the oven 🥰 I thought it was too basic to do starry night, also, it’s been done before. So I did Van Goghs rose bushes. It’s one of my favourite paintings actually, so I tried to recreate it but haven’t quite finished the painting yet. Left is just the foccacia. Right is the unfinished painting, the foccacia, and the original on an iPad.

The Science of Can and Can't is the most interesting book I've read this year. It's a pop-sci exposition of the quest to expand the domain of physics to the domain of counterfactuals (things that could be). The author developed constructor theory together with David Deutsch which is a formalization of these ideas. If you're gonna buy this, it's also worth grabbing The Book of Why by Judea Pearl which is the AI counterpart to this book.

The current fork threshold is 30% (~210 Nouns), which is roughly double the number of active voters. This means, that if a proposal passed which was highly against active minority voter values, they would have no way to fork today.
