Love the story behind this. In '64 Enzo got into a riff with the Italian  Federation for not homologating the GT 250 LM. To protest, he ditched the red (cars used to run representing their countries' colors) and opted for blue (and raced the US GP under a different team name)

I did not realize they would make the whole car that color! Wow!
