seems like app-specific warpcast channels tend to have far larger followings than the underlying trends/topic (e.g. /bracket has 17k members while /nba /basketball have ~1k combined) can't tell if this is a feature (users have stronger affinity to apps) or a bug (users are driven by speculation and not interest)...

i’ve found that some of the most driven, strong-willed, and masochistic people I know are treadmill runners… if you can run fast on a treadmill (sub 7:30/mi pace) for 10-15 miles, you are built different because that sh*t is mind numbingly boring
