On Sunday, I lost a gel during my long run. This morning, while on an easy run, I found the missing gel... it was smashed about a quarter mile from my home. Which gels do you prefer for your long runs? I'm still experimenting but usually rely on GU.

Lately I’m using SIS (science in sport) GO. I’m comfortable with them. Better than the previous one I was using with caffeine.

I need to test out the SIS gels. I usually try to stay away from the caffeine gels because I get really wired, and my heart rate shoots up when I add caffeine into the mix.
