no question farah would destroy this guy as his marathon pb alone is 2:05 (4:46/mile) and pretty sure he's a sub 4 miler as well 1 mile is way too long to compare distance runners and sprinters - a better compromise would be the 400, or possibly the 800 but even that might be too long
