wow, that's an amazing plan. I'm trying to add training plans to the MO'M frame and the marathon includes 8weeks and 12weeks plan. are you interested in seeing the 12weeks for your pace? how do I send it to you? (too long for a cast, maybe a DC?)

Hey Alberto, I would love to see the 12 week plan. DC is perfect. It would be such a useful tool for everyone. The plan I am using is much lower mileage than I would normally do, but with a touch more intensity. So it is a bit of an experiment. 2:40 is a big jump from my 2:48 pb, but I’m going to roll the dice.
