I've experimented on myself that the Apple Watch will give you lower results if you train at high intensity. the also just prefer Zone2 workouts.

haha, yeah, objectively i’ve been running less and have unfortunately been often cutting out Z2 to squeeze in interval or threshold when i actually can run, so totally tracks
