some news: after (almost!) 3 years, this is my last week @variant 

feeling so grateful for the incredible team I’ve had the opportunity to work with over the last few years, and excited to share more about what’s next very soon:)

in venture, ops teams rarely get the credit they deserve, and @tdils.eth @calebs @dbarabander @jchervinsky Henry, Tara, and Maria are some of the best coworkers + operators around… thank you for all you do!

I also wanted to shoutout the investment team @alanadlevin @derekmw23  @gham1lt0n Cooper, Jack, @dbarabander – thank you for letting me force you into hosting (many) events, and being some of the most thoughtful, intellectually inspiring minds in the space
