Then some basil, mint, thyme in the herb section I keep for daily use.

My goal in the summer is to eat only locally sourced and organic, mostly stuff I can get from the yard, also have some good neighbors / farmers that drop off eggs and meat. 

Good call i'll look into heirloom carrots, they are one of my favourites right now.

Truthfully it might be closer to 5-6 acres but at least 3 acres we actively harvest in season 😅 

Sweet potatoes I might need to add to my list, something I'm missing right now. Nice lineup!

Pretty solid line up. Maybe add some watermelon radishes or rainbow carrots for delicious summer crudités

It all depends on what you and your family will eat..or if you're planning to sell the produce, plant what is most profitable.
