Hey frens, would like some feedback current routine: - Sun, chest and arms - Mon, 45 mins on the Peloton - Tues, is LEG DAY - Wed, is rest day - Thu, is 45 mins on the Peloton - Fri, is Back and Shoulders - Sat, is 60 - 90mins on Peloton I am thinking about rucking on Peloton days when i walk the dog. Is this crazy?

How’s your recovery with the current workload? Doesn’t sound too crazy to me, but see how you feel

Recovery is fine tbh. Leg day is the one where I feel soreness after, which is why I have rest the day after legs.
