Yesterday, I did my first ever one rep max session after a 6-week strength training program that I stuck to religiously. Squat: 195 lbs Bench: 160 lbs Deadlift: 255 lbs Btw, I weigh 160 lbs How did I do?

Are those better numbers than before the 6 weeks?

Yes. So at the beginning of the program I had use a one rep max calculator because I had never actually lifted a one rep max before. From what the calculater gave me, I did improve 10, 15 and then 20 lbs respectively.
