if you think crypto UX is bad, wait till you try sending/receiving a wire transfer it would be hard to conceive of a more opaque, unfriendly, and inefficient system for sending funds

the fact that I can’t use an app to send a wire transfer in the year 2025 blows my mind on a regular basis you must physically present yourself at a bank branch and speak with a teller who is 23 years old

My bank lets me submit an online form Honestly better experience than an ACH, at least it goes through relatively quickly
