Ok, it’s happening… I have to admit it. 🤭 I’m starting to be addicted to strength training. It was just two weeks ago I celebrated my first 1000 kg volume in one session and today I’m almost at 2500 kg

I’ve used Claude to create the training plan. Give it your running days and the distances, ask for what you want to train and it will give you a personalized plan. I was amazed. Then I created the routines in Hevy to keep track of the training and now I’m following it. It should last 6/8 weeks
