Great podcast on the Norwegian method of training! I’m curious…does anyone here on /running test their lactate levels during training? I’m wondering if it could be beneficial for a hobby jogger. I usually rely on the talk test. https://open.spotify.com/episode/7hIhKwRE8exmL3tGbIp4PN?si=MhzSb64DQz2_GfAyNJFWlQ

I have wanted to do it for a while. Great for understanding your correct training paces. I suppose they would naturally shift though as you get stronger. Up to now I have relied on the same talk and feel test! Thanks for sharing 50 $DEGEN
