That's awesome Alec, congrats. I also created an account there from Dec. I have a question, from all the 1200 accounts created, how many are active and what is the success rate of getting a job from this platform?

good question. so we're about 4 weeks old and have already scheduled close to 12 interviews that i know about. furthest person is starting their 2nd round next week. big caveat here was that the hiring manager view has taken ~2 weeks to fully complete and make actionable so we can get more interviews scheduled.

ran out of space but typically most tightly run hiring processes take from 30-45 days. few in crypto are "tightly" run rn. so in the next month or so, we'll have some better data to display on what true success rates look like.

That's great, I was just thinking perhaps due to the fact that is small and is built by credible people like you it may have more trust for HR people. I'm checking to apply as well, but haven't got much luck so far. Feels like remote job is mostly for devs :(
