no more 70 autofollow list

and that initial feed is now a cherry pick and seemingly unbiased selection of the best casts of the network

this is an important change. chapeau 🎩

When you sign up to Warpacst today, we will: 

1. Ask for your interests 
2. Show you an algo feed 
3. Ask you to follow people 

As you follow more people, we'll show you more stuff from your followers and less from the algo.

This is an experiment and ~ half of new users will see this today.

came here to ask the same. is it just a weighted list on followers and engagement over the trailing 30? 

guess the bigger question is how can we realign accounts that didnt get a mass bot following to have equal footing of virality with the new algo?

i've worked in the ad industry for a long time and 'interesting content' is what was put in presentations when people didn't know what that actually meant for the brand :) so i'm curious.

algo needs a reboot. simple as that. and feed needs more flexibility for the user to decide what (and how) they want to see instead of assumptions and guesses.

i understand this is a WIP etc but 12h, 2d old casts from the same people on the home feed are not the way.
