things i wish i did sooner that have significantly improved my quality of life: - writing what im grateful for each morning - not saying yes to every single thing ever incase it disappoints people - going for walks - eating whole foods - prioritising sleep - lifting heavy + doing my prehab exercises - listening to my body and learning when to stop what about you?

this is a personal one for me, but i have had a knee injury and a major quad injury in the past 2 years as i wasn’t lifting heavy enough in my accessory exercises like leg extensions i just got stagnant and as i was getting faster and better at jumping i didn’t realise i had weakness as i wasn’t tracking my progress over time in exercises which were more important than i realised although i have coaches i am still responsible for tracking my weights, communicating and questioning the programme if it is too easy, lesson learned!
