I have no experience in this.  Got in yesterday; doing a 4hr tour of Old Town today.  Jacek sent out a list last night that his wife put together so if you're registered, check your email.

We're doing another 8hr trip/tour on Tuesday after festivities which goes further out to cathedrals and castles and stuff.

In the meantime we'll check out Jacek's list.  We're staying in Old Town or probably 10m walk from "the square"
