i chose to use baguette dough i bought from my local baker but found it to be super sticky, which made the whole launching process really hard - will have to either but pizza dough or try making my own dough for the next time 🫠

seemed like a great idea, but learned today that it is in fact not easy to make a pizza! will keep grinding though 😆

Nice! We’ve found that precooking the dough without any toppings in the ooni first makes it turn out much better
