are you making the dough from scratch as well? was having issues with stickiness in my attempts today 🤬

Nice! We’ve found that precooking the dough without any toppings in the ooni first makes it turn out much better

just looked up what a roccbox, looks much more convenient to use than the ooni koda imo

i chose to use baguette dough i bought from my local baker but found it to be super sticky, which made the whole launching process really hard - will have to either but pizza dough or try making my own dough for the next time 🫠
