was a bit skeptical but (and this could be sheer coincidence) i had a niggle in my hip for the past couple of months and after a week of wearing these (~1 hr/day) it's gone done significantly 😆

i imagine both would work pretty well in tandem to take a more holistic approach, but i imagine keccers will know better

Interesting. I'm wearing barefoot shoes, but adding muscles to my upper body significantly improved posture
