honestly was onboard with the whole 'founders can't just mba/manager mode success in a growing org'

but then pg doesn't really offer any insight into what 'founder mode' is/should be, which then leaves aspiring founders with not much insight other than 'i guess i have to be there to get it'

so finally it just feels like more builder porn for the sake of builder porn, if that makes sense? 🤷

TBH I find this one inspiring, and most PG essays don’t inspire me.
