In some states in the US, you don't even need a membership to buy alcohol from Costco! MI and MA for sure. You can go in and only buy alcohol

Fantastic wine selection at the Costco Sunnyvale and San Francisco locations.

In the US, in a few states you don't need a membership to buy alcohol or prescriptions. Not sure how it is elsewhere. But the quality is 🔥 from what I hear!
