instead of a story time i want to do a AMA in january i had a serious quad injury and in june i became british triple jump champion for the 11th time! i believe that my comeback was due to these five things: 1. research 2. diet 3. sports psychology/ mental preparation 4. intensive rehab 5. rest and recovery ask me anything!

At any point did you ever consider quitting? Did you end up coming back stronger from the injury or are you still not quite 100%?

i wanted to quit when i lost my sponsor in 2021 athletics is much harder without sponsorship, also when i had a bad experience moving groups i wanted to quit but my current coach helped me through those feelings twice haha and i think i have alot of potential so i dont want to stop until i have reached it! i am stronger in all my strength testing and lifts than before the injury. i haven’t tested my speed yet and i still need to make some improvements with my jumping as i am still rusty after the time out! my PB is still from 2022 tho so looking to beat that next year 🙏🏾
