Running is one of those things that sucks when youβre new to it or have been out of the game. But when your body has adapted, you feel βoffβ if you miss your runs. I think the advice given here is a good way to start.

so true! thanks for sharing ππΎ i dont run long distances at all due to my sport but i admire those who do it seems like a real flow state!
