8 days into Ido Portal’s squat and hang challenges. Supposed to fix all kinds of back, knee, hip, shoulder issues…. so far, back is adjusting, tightened at first from being lengthened, troubling knee seems to be getting better… http://placeofpersistence.com/30-30-squat-challenge-by-ido-portal/
