today i practiced my triple jump off short approach and did a few long jumps too

i havent triple jumped in a few weeks as it was mentally hard to jump after missing out on the olympics 

but im v pleased to be back in the sand 

my next competition is on the 30th of august in germany ↑

there are two good tracks in manchester where the sand pit is looked after and maintained

the track i trained at today is where the british championships has been held over the past few years and it has an indoor track and gym too!

so sick to see! are there many places near to you to practice?
