do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

Yesss I just take one multivitamin but I probably should take them separately lol

oh nice!! i find that taking them separately allows me to target exactly the vitamin i am lacking in and then i notice what works and what doesn’t for instance i used to get super sleepy at like 3pm got a blood test and realised i was iron deficient, started taking iron and bam midday sleepiness gone!
