so i got the boots and then later bought the back and hip attachment as an add on. 

you cant get the hip and back one on its own as its connects to the pump which comes with the boots

they also have an arms attachment too, you can get all three as a bundle for around $1000 which is the same price as the boots alone

Price estimate and are there similar things for other parts of your body like lower back?

i prioritise recovery with sleeping 8+ hours, drinking water and eating mainly whole foods seeing my physio and soft tissue therapist regularly and having epsom salt baths too

i started using these boots when i was in intensive rehab for my rec fem injury and still recovering from my knee injury the compression really helps with inflamation and it also helps to reduce DOMS

i would compare it to soft tissue massage, ofc not as thorough but it helps to reduce muscle soreness and doesn’t hurt like foam rolling does!

I just out about this on his post too 
I only knew about the pneumatic pressure pump (this is used medically)

Do you have alternative recovery process, how do they compare?
