Side step holds are one of my fave exercises. They’re incredibly effective and they’re a lot of fun. I always do a 1, 2, hold on those as well.

they are so good! 🔥 as a triple jumper i have good balance going forwardes but find it harder to stabilise laterally these exercises are great for that i haven’t tried a sideways 12 hold though, i’ll give that a try!
