i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far → comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) → dark room/eye mask + ear plugs → magnesium before bed → no phone 1 hour before sleeping → electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

Body pillow Magnesium L threonate (not all Magnesium is the same) Sip not gulp liquids 2 hours before he'd time.. Happy 😴
