i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far ā comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) ā dark room/eye mask + ear plugs ā magnesium before bed ā no phone 1 hour before sleeping ā electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?
