i thought it would be fun to share quick workout routines on here! so first up for warpcast workouts is a š„ lower body circuit š„ 1. back and forth lunges (10 reps each side) 2. lateral jumps - 10 reps 3. frog jumps - 10 reps 4. burpees - 10 reps 5. quick squat jumps - 10 reps to make it more challenging try 2/3 rounds with 1 min break in between let me know how you find it ā
