this day one year ago, i got a serious quad injury in training and had to miss the trip to south africa for surgery. feeling so happy to be all packed for tomorrow! also, first time using packing cubes what a gamechanger!! - sprint and jumps spikes ✅ - gluten free pasta ✅ - recovery boots ✅ - camera to vlog everything ✅ let's go!!

What an amazing journey this past year for all of us! So glad to see you there now packing up. I personally also use gallon zip lock bags so I can get them airtight and condensed more. Plus they are great for your dirty clothes when you're done with them

Safe travels! And travel cubes are the *best*! We were to travel to South Africa a few years ago. We had flights from Morocco, but it’s when Omicron came around…flights kept getting cancelled and we kept rebooking and they kept getting canceled. We ended up “getting stuck” in Morocco for an extra two months because they locked down the country. 🤷‍♂️ Some day, South Africa for us too!
