gm! i just filmed the next few days of fitcember workouts so my apologies in advancešŸ¤£ also didnā€™t get hokas yesterday but got these pumas alot of running shoes have super big soles which are nice for distance running but terrible for plyos

ahh, yeah alot of running shoes nowadays have a huge sole for cushioning but because i do things like hurdle jumps or bounding it poses as a risk as i could hurt my ankle! what is your preferred running distance?

Half marathon is the perfect distance for me. I do like to train for and run a full marathon but itā€™s a huge time commitment. With my average amount of running each week I find I can always turn out a good showing for the 22 km of a half.
