well done alinaya! sorry for late reply proud of you for getting another workout complete, its normal to feel sore when working new muscles especially core !!! it will get easier the more you get used to the exercises🤗

yes, I understand that it is normal, but for me it is unusual, I have not done sports for a long time! It is great that the muscles are different every day, I think that tomorrow others will hurt 😀
