Do you incorporate plyometrics in your training ? Doing stuff like this will work on your Achilles tendon (stiffen it) so you can be more explosive, jump higher, run faster etc. Just like anything new, itβs got to be done gradually and progressively over timeβ¦. So be patience ππ½ quality over quantity.

yesss!! love this i do soo many plyos mainly through drills, box jumps, standing long jump, hurdle hops dont do much laterally though! π₯

Well you're an Olympic triple jumper, so you don't really have a choice π You'll be like the queen of it! Sure it'll be fun for you to experiment lateral planes when you don't need to focus!
