my routine today: 

- woke up got dressed etc
- ate a gluten free oat bar, a yakult, cod liver oil, curcumin and iron
- jumps training at the track 
-gained and lost generation wealth via whatsapp voicenotes with @swampnet 
- drove home
-ate smoked salmon and egg on gluten free bread
-filmed and edited two days of fitcember
-updated leaderboard and reply to entries
mobility
-gym 
-collagen supplement 
-cold plunge
-about to post todays fitcember challenge 

all before 3pm 

now to eat again and edit my training vlog for later tonight!

This sounds beat for beat like my daily routine, of course. 
Today Naomi added another year to her lifespan.
