Yes. About mid-week I was bombarded by life stuff and ate poorly, and I’ve been struggling with feeling sluggish since.

thanks for sharing dauleah! its crazy how much diet can impact our energy levels im the exact same and once i start eating poorly i just wanna sleep! 😭 i find having avo toast, nuts or berries is my go to for a nutritious snack, do you have any go to pick me up snacks?

Yes nuts usually, or cucumbers/tomato/avocado salad. Good exercise routine to restart and then back on track! It’s so funny how much it changes.
