Love all but sit ups I may be wrong but anything beyond a crunch puts a ton of kinetic energy on your lower back. However, in moderation and depending on what the reasons are (what you are training for) it may still be necessary.

thanks for the feedback!! i would recommend doing them in moderation with proper technique on a thick mat and never push through pain! but i have posted lots of other core workouts too which don't involve sit ups/crunches ☺️

Thanks for the feedback! I was going to post a follow up shortly regarding the fact that even "sitting" can be bad for our body. Also, if done correctly like you just said & in moderation they can be beneficial.
