Without knowing your budget & your look requirements, hard to recommend something. However there are a couple of brands you might want to check out - masterpiece (very good and light) m0851 (Canadian) KILLSPENCER. And of course I assume you know about Cuyana (gender thing on this brand. Sorry)

This is the best travel work backpack I have used ever!! https://a.co/d/fhTuMP1 So many pockets. Waterproof. Shoe compartment. Metal zipper tabs which are great for locks. Compression straps. More pockets. It doesn’t look big and awkward on me (I’m 5’3) first perfectly under the airplane seat.

i know this likely isn't what you're looking for, but i like a super light setup. i have a thule hard shell laptop case that stays in an REI stuff pack (https://www.rei.com/product/137620/rei-co-op-stuff-travel-pack-20l) - pretty much as lightweight as it comes

My daily carry that I also use for work trips up to 2-3 days is the Nomatic Travel Pack. My laptop, cables, etc all live in this bag. Don’t have to repack when switching from commuting to flying.
