We're strongly considering winding down narrowcasting. It's consistently less than 1% of all casts in channels.

yeah there's def some casts I think would work better as narrow casts, just that not enough people are using it like that for some reason e.g. customer support questions for a company that can be casted in the company's channel where employees see it

+1 to the customer support type questions. Even if not widely used today would be really valuable in the future
