am i alone in being completely unable to rewatch anything i'm on video doing? i've never watched a talk or podcast i've done and i absolutely have tried. i can't get 12 seconds into listening to my own voice

thank you!! 💙 i hesitate to even RT podcasts I'm in cuz they're usually posted weeks after i did them and I'm like "did i say anything dumb in this one? i can't remember"

RT them all!! I promise the long term benefits you get from sharing your voice will far outweigh your temporary discomfort. We are always our harshest critic. What you think is dumb probably isn’t. And also every person I’ve ever respected has said dumb things.
