am i alone in being completely unable to rewatch anything i'm on video doing? i've never watched a talk or podcast i've done and i absolutely have tried. i can't get 12 seconds into listening to my own voice

“When something is painful do it more often” is my go to mantra in life  (I hated public speaking so much but kept forcing myself to do it more and more, still not easy but less painful)

No one is paying as much attention to you as you think they are
