Found a suitable adult substitute for Nutella 

3 ingredients: 
Tahini, powdered sugar, cocoa powder

7g sugar in 2tbsp

I add maybe 1/2 tsp into chia pudding, with walnuts and blueberries

I’ve been making it regularly for a while now so no longer do a recipe. 

3 tablespoons of seeds in a mason jar, add milk (usual unsweetened vanilla almond milk). Stir. Wait 10 minutes. Stir again. Put in fridge. 

Then eat 🤤

I usually add to oatmeal or sometimes just add nuts and fruit.
