Are walnuts "healthier" than peanuts? Most evenings I make a chia see pudding with some type of milk, ideally a local fruit, and a type of nut. My thinking is walnuts are healthier because they're higher in healthy fat and lower in carbs. https://search.brave.com/search?q=Are+walnuts+healthier+than+peanuts%3F&source=web&summary=1&conversation=ce7f6864ae8cd3e5640546

Adam sorry to say this but that doesn't look so tasty food haha 😅 😂 😂 . Maybe add some fruits or yoghurt on the side. I like pecans, just recently I discovered it that I really like it especially with maple syrup on top is just oh la la.

Haha. I love the honesty! If I remember correctly I made this one with cacao for the chocolatey color and hemp milk. I enjoyed it so that's good enough start for me! 🥰🫠 The pic is from a few years ago. I use mostly fresh coconut milk and papayas for the sweetness in /bangkok without adding processed sugar.

That is very healthy and to be honest is great for your body. I remember when I tried the chia pudding in Network School from @bryanjohnson, I would add some manuka honey on top and I remember Bryan said in the talk don't chase the small dopamine, felt very attacked there haha :D

Very cool @bryanjohnson does this too! I had a room mate in San Francisco show me in 2020. I'm not sure if it was part of a traditional Asian recipe or not. She did a matcha version which was nice and refreshing in the afternoon. Frozen strawberries and raspberries are great natural sugars in there too. If I had to choose a pure sugar based sweetener I'd do raw honey because you get the probiotics in there.
