Started with a personal trainer as I needed some external motivation to drag my ass into a gym and work out the funky muscle imbalances I’ve developed from years of cycling and sitting. Starting with ten sessions because they aren’t cheap. Would appreciate your tips for maximizing value! 💪

This might help you out - I use the app called FitBot and it generates me a new workout routine daily based on what muscle groups are rested/tired. It's like $20/mo so totally worth it imo.

It has a big selection to choose from but tbh I set it to use body weight only exercises and I’m still seeing big results. They have videos to show proper form etc too.
